Statute Text
Disposition of moneys received by department. The State Department of Agriculture shall deposit all fees paid to it under the provisions of ORS 633.006 to 633.089 in the Department of Agriculture Service Fund. Such fees are continuously appropriated to the department for the purpose of administering and enforcing such sections. [1967 c.591 §7; 1979 c.499 §30]
