Cooperation with governmental units.
The State Department of Agriculture may cooperate with and enter into contracts
and agreements with governmental agencies of this state, other states, the
federal government, county governments of this state or municipalities in this
state, in connection with the administration of ORS 633.006 to 633.089 and
