Establishment of grades and standards; grading and inspection fee.
(1) The State Department of
Agriculture shall, in accordance with the applicable provisions of ORS 632.900
to 632.935, establish grades and standards for onions which shall conform, in
so far as practicable, to the official grades and standards prescribed by the
United States Department of Agriculture.
(2) The
department may fix and collect a fee for grading and inspecting of onions in
accordance with ORS 632.940. [1955 c.363 §8; 2019 c.108 §3]
