Statute Text
Certain
expense reports to members.
If a limited liability company indemnifies or advances expenses to a member or
manager under ORS 63.160 in connection with a proceeding by or in the right of
the limited liability company, the limited liability company shall report the
indemnification or advance in writing to the members. [1993 c.173 §99; 1999
