Amendment to application for authority.
(1) A foreign limited liability company authorized to
transact business in this state shall deliver an amendment to the application
for authority to transact business in this state to the office for filing if it
changes:
(a) Its name as
shown on the records of the office; or
(b) The period of
its duration.
(2) The amendment
to the application for authority to transact business in this state shall set
forth its name shown on the records of the office and the new name or the new
period of duration. The name as changed must satisfy the requirements of ORS
63.094. [1993 c.173 §78]
