Statute Text
Reserved name.
(1)
A person may apply to the office to reserve a limited liability company name.
The application must set forth the name and address of the applicant and the
name proposed to be reserved.
(2) If the
Secretary of State finds that the limited liability company name applied for
conforms to ORS 63.094, the Secretary of State shall reserve the name for the
applicant for a 120-day period.
(3) A person may
transfer the reservation of a limited liability company name to another person
by delivering to the office a notice of the transfer executed by the person for
whom the name was reserved and specifying the name and address of the transferee.
