Refusal, revocation or suspension of licenses.
The State Department of
Agriculture, acting through the Director of Agriculture or the division chief
of the department in charge of the inspection of refrigerated locker plants,
may refuse, revoke or suspend any license issued pursuant to ORS 628.220 to
