Statute Text
Prohibited bakery products.
A person may not manufacture, bake, sell or offer for sale bread, rolls or buns
for human consumption unless the bread, rolls or buns:
(1) Are enriched;
or
(2) Are made only
with whole grain flours. [1971 c.176 §3; 2011 c.66 §2]
