Statute Text
Renewal of distributors license; transfer of license.
Each distributors license may be
renewed annually upon written application to the State Department of
Agriculture and payment of the required annual license fee for the following
year. A distributors license is not transferable and is strictly personal to
the person to whom issued. [Amended by 1989 c.253 §2]
