Statute Text
Renewal of bakery license; transfer of license.
Each bakery license may be renewed
annually by paying to the State Department of Agriculture the required annual
license fee. The license is not transferable to any person or applicable to any
location other than that for which originally issued. [Amended by 1989 c.253 §1]
