Statute Text
Criminal penalties.
(1) Violation of any provision of ORS 624.010 to 624.121 or rules of the Oregon
Health Authority promulgated under ORS 624.010 to 624.121 is a Class C
misdemeanor.
(2) Violation of
any provision of ORS 624.310 to 624.430 or rules of the authority promulgated
under ORS 624.310 to 624.430 is a Class B misdemeanor. [Subsection (2) enacted
