Agreement to ensure only one agency inspects facilities; rules. Notwithstanding any provision of ORS 624.010 to 624.121 or 624.310 to 624.430 or statutes administered by the State Department of Agriculture, the Director of the Oregon Health Authority and the Director of Agriculture jointly shall adopt rules and enter into interagency agreements necessary to ensure that only one of the agencies inspects and licenses any facility that is subject to regulation by both agencies.
