Statute Text
Denial, suspension or revocation of license.
The Director of the Oregon Health Authority may deny,
suspend or revoke a license in accordance with ORS chapter 183 in any case
where the director finds that there has been a substantial failure to comply
with the provisions of ORS 624.310 to 624.430 or the rules promulgated under
ORS 624.310 to 624.430. [Formerly 624.340]
