Statute Text
Single toilet fixture allowed in small restaurant. The Oregon Health Authority shall allow restaurants with an occupancy capacity of no more than 15 persons, including employees and patrons, to have only one toilet fixture and adjacent lavatory on the premises. This single toilet fixture shall comply with all authority standards for construction, maintenance, cleanliness, accessibility and others, not in conflict with the state building code, that the authority might provide.
