Statute Text
Disposition of fees. The moneys received under ORS 622.050 shall be paid into the State Treasury and placed to the credit of the Department of Agriculture Service Fund. Such moneys hereby are appropriated continuously and shall be used only for the administration and enforcement of ORS 622.010 to 622.180. ORS 291.238 does not apply to the expenditure of such moneys.
