Statute Text
Prohibition against use or dealing with user of nonstandard bulk storage
facilities.
(1) A
producer shall not store milk that is to be sold to a dairy products plant or
to be used at a physical facility of a distributor or producer-distributor, in
bulk storage tanks, equipment, buildings or other facilities that do not
conform to the standards prescribed pursuant to ORS 621.193.
(2) A
distributor, producer-distributor or dairy products plant licensee shall not
receive or purchase milk from a producer, that is stored in bulk storage tanks,
equipment, buildings or other facilities that do not conform to the standards
prescribed pursuant to ORS 621.193. [1969 c.164 §3; 1999 c.197 §30]
