Prohibition against operating plant or facility that does not meet standards.
A person shall not operate a dairy
products plant or a physical facility of a distributor or producer-distributor
that fails to conform to the standards prescribed pursuant to ORS 621.176 and
621.181. [1999 c.197 §4]
