Statute Text
Liability of licensee for inaccurate weighing, sampling, testing or recording; attorney fees. If a producer is damaged by an inaccurate weighing, sampling or testing of milk or cream by a distributor, producer-distributor or dairy products plant licensee or by the inaccurate recording of the results of any test by the distributor, producer-distributor or licensee, the producer may bring an action for those damages. The court may award reasonable attorney fees to the prevailing party in an action under this section. [Formerly 621.246]
