Revocation of election to be governed as employee cooperative.
An employee cooperative may revoke
its election under ORS 62.765 to 62.792 by a vote of two-thirds of the members
and through amendment to its articles of incorporation filed in accordance with
this chapter. [1987 c.677 §14]
