Statute Text
Evidentiary effect of copy of filed document.
(1) A certificate attached to a copy of a document
filed by the Secretary of State, bearing the Secretary of States signature,
which may be in facsimile, is conclusive evidence that the original document,
or a facsimile thereof, is on file with the Office of Secretary of State.
(2) The
provisions of ORS 56.110 apply to all documents filed pursuant to this chapter.
