Liability of public employees for inspection.
No civil or criminal sanctions shall be imposed upon
State Department of Agriculture employees, State Department of Fish and
Wildlife employees or Department of State Police employees for the good faith
inspection of game meat as provided in ORS 619.095. [1983 c.575 §5]
