Sanitation and record inspections; seizure of nonconforming foods and
facilities.
The
State Department of Agriculture is authorized:
(1) To inspect at
reasonable times the equipment, meat and meat products and premises of
establishments, meat seller establishments, grocery stores, or other places of
business, for the purpose of enforcing minimum sanitary requirements,
wholesomeness of meat and meat products and other provisions of ORS 576.024,
