Definitions for ORS 616.775 to 616.790. As used in ORS 616.775 to 616.790 unless the context requires otherwise: (1) “Bread,” “rolls” and “buns” have the same meaning as they have in ORS 625.212. (2) “Flour,” “white flour,” “wheat flour,” “plain flour,” “bromated flour,” “self-rising flour,” “self-rising white flour,” “self-rising wheat flour,” “phosphated flour,” “phosphated white flour” and “phosphated wheat flour” have the same meaning as they have in the definitions and standards promulgated by the State Department of Agriculture pursuant to ORS 616.780 and 625.160. (3) “Macaroni products,” “vegetable macaroni products,” “macaroni products made with nonfat milk,” “noodle products” and “vegetable noodle products” have the same meaning as they have in the definitions and standards promulgated by the State Department of Agriculture pursuant to ORS 616.780. (4) “Enriched” as applied to any of the flours, macaroni products and noodle products defined in subsections (2) and (3) of this section means the addition of the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients necessary to make that food conform to the definition and standards for enriched flour, enriched macaroni products and enriched noodle products promulgated by the State Department of Agriculture pursuant to ORS 616.780 and 625.160.
