Handling of food by diseased persons prohibited; rules.
(1) The Oregon Health Authority
may, by rule, define certain communicable diseases which may be spread to the
public through the handling of food in food establishments.
(2) No owner or
employer shall require, permit or suffer any person to work, nor shall any
person work, in a food establishment who is affected with a disease described
in subsection (1) of this section. [Amended by 1973 c.829 §55; 1975 c.389 §11;
