Statute Text
Reports and information issuable by department.
(1) The State Department of
Agriculture may cause to be published from time to time reports summarizing all
judgments and court orders which have been rendered under ORS 616.205 to
616.295, 616.305 to 616.315, and 616.992, including the nature of the charge
and the disposition thereof.
(2) The
department also may cause to be disseminated such information regarding food as
the department deems necessary in the interest of public health and the
protection of the consumer against fraud.
(3) Nothing in
this section shall be construed to prohibit the department from collecting,
reporting and illustrating the results of its investigations. [Amended by 1973
