Statute Text
Injunction against violations of ORS 616.215.
In addition to the remedies provided by ORS 616.205
to 616.295, the State Department of Agriculture or its authorized agents may
apply to the circuit court for, and such court shall have jurisdiction upon
hearing and for cause shown to grant, a temporary or permanent injunction
restraining any person from violating any provision of ORS 616.215,
irrespective of whether or not there exists an adequate remedy at law.
