Statute Text
Theft
of animal control device or animal caught by device.
(1) No person shall steal, take or
molest a trap, poison bait station, coyote getter or other device which is
operated, possessed or controlled by an employee of a county, state or federal
government for the purpose of the eradication of noxious or predatory animals.
(2) No person
shall steal, take or molest any noxious or predatory animal captured or killed
by any such device described in subsection (1) of this section. [1959 c.299 §2(1),(2)]
