Statute Text
Voting
agreements.
(1)
Two or more persons may provide for the manner in which they will vote their
shares by signing an agreement for that purpose. A voting agreement created
under this section is not a voting trust subject to the provisions of ORS
60.254.
(2) A voting
agreement created under this section is specifically enforceable. [1987 c.52 §66]
