Statute Text
Prevention of competitive bidding prohibited.
No person shall enter or offer or attempt to enter
into any agreement or arrangement with another person for the purpose of
preventing competitive bidding upon any horses, mules, cattle, sheep, swine or
other livestock shipped to a wholesale or central stockyards market for sale.
