Statute Text
Department to investigate cases of disease; authority of agents to enter premises. The State Department of Agriculture shall, when necessary to control or eradicate disease, investigate all cases or suspected cases of disease in livestock in this state. Employees or agents of the department in carrying out their official duties may enter any place or premises, including vehicles, to make such inspections or investigation as may be reasonably necessary to eradicate and control disease in this state.
