Prohibition against use of listed harmful vaccines; exceptions.
Except as otherwise provided in
ORS 596.065 (3), no person shall use, vaccinate with or inject into any
livestock in this state, sell, offer for sale, dispose of or distribute any
vaccine, bacteriological or biological product declared to be a hazard to
livestock health under ORS 596.065. [1955 c.557 §6 (596.065 and 596.075 enacted
in lieu of 596.070)]
