Statute Text
Actions
against corporation for second violation.
(1) If a domestic corporation is convicted of a
second offense under ORS 59.730 to 59.810, the circuit court has jurisdiction
over an action by the Attorney General, in the name of the people, to dissolve
the corporation.
(2) If a foreign
corporation is convicted of a second offense under ORS 59.730 to 59.810, the
circuit court has jurisdiction in an action brought as provided in subsection
(1) of this section to restrain the corporation from doing business in this
state.
