Receipt or communication of prices for purpose of forbidden contract. No person shall receive, communicate, exhibit or display in any manner any statement of quotations or prices of securities or commodities with an intent to make or offer to make, or to assist in making, or offering to make any contract prohibited by ORS 59.720 to 59.810.
