Statute Text
Appeal
from Secretary of States refusal to file document.
If the Secretary of State refuses
to file a document delivered to the Office of Secretary of State for filing,
the domestic or foreign professional corporation, in addition to any other
legal remedy that may be available, shall have the right to appeal from such
order pursuant to the provisions of ORS 183.480. [1987 c.94 §10]
