Services, facilities and materials furnished to and received from other state agencies. (1) ORS 576.307 is applicable to the Oregon Wheat Commission. (2) The Oregon Wheat Commission may elect to furnish services, facilities and materials to commodity commissions created under ORS 576.051 to 576.455, the Oregon Beef Council or other state agencies and officers under ORS 283.110.
