Statute Text
Acceptance of grants, donations and gifts.
The Oregon Wheat Commission may accept grants,
donations and gifts of funds from any source for expenditure for any purposes
consistent with this chapter which may be specified as a condition of any
grant, donation or gift. [Amended by 1959 c.596 §38]
