Cancellation of uncollectible assessment; subsequent collection. The Oregon Beef Council may cancel an uncollectible assessment consistent with ORS 293.240. Subsequent collection of debt written off under ORS 293.240 is governed by ORS 293.245. [2003 c.604 §53]
