Expenditures prohibited unless budget procedure complied with.
An expenditure of moneys for a
fiscal year may not be made or incurred by or under the authority of a
commodity commission under ORS 576.051 to 576.455 unless the commission
complies with ORS 576.416. [1959 c.596 §24; 2003 c.604 §46]
