Statute Text
Office
vacant when member ceases to be qualified.
The Director of Agriculture shall immediately declare
the office of any appointed producer or handler member of a commodity
commission vacant whenever the director finds that such member has ceased to be
an active producer or handler in this state, has become a resident of another
