Statute Text
Disposition and use of moneys received.
The State Department of Agriculture shall deposit all
fees paid to it under ORS 571.505 to 571.580 in the Department of Agriculture
Service Fund, and such moneys are continuously appropriated to the department
for the purposes of administering and enforcing ORS 571.505 to 571.580. [1985
