Department to determine accuracy of acreage reporting for fee calculations.
The State Department of
Agriculture shall use all appropriate methods to determine the accuracy of
acreage reporting to determine the license fee prescribed by ORS 571.530. [1985
c.197 §13; 1989 c.561 §8]
