Statute Text
Suspension, revocation or refusal of license. As provided in ORS chapter 183, the State Department of Agriculture may suspend, revoke or refuse to issue or renew the license of any person when it is satisfied that: (1) The applicant or licensee has been guilty of fraud, deception or misrepresentation in the handling or sale of Christmas tree stock. (2) The licensee was guilty of fraud, deception or misrepresentation in the procurement of a license. (3) The licensee has violated any provision of ORS 571.505 to 571.580. [1985 c.197 §10]
