Requirement to comply with ORS 571.483 in order to make, incur expenditure.
An expenditure of moneys for a
fiscal year may not be made or incurred by or under the authority of the Oregon
Hemp Commission under ORS 571.400 to 571.501 unless the commission complies
with ORS 571.483. [2021 c.216 §31]
