Statute Text
Required declaration of vacancy of producer, processor office.
The Director of Agriculture shall
immediately declare the office of a member of the Oregon Hemp Commission who is
a producer or processor vacant if the director finds that:
(1) The member is
no longer actively engaged in hemp production or processing;
(2) The member
has become a resident of another state; or
(3) The member is
otherwise unable to perform the duties of the office. [2021 c.216 §6]
