Statute Text
Remediation for unintentional violation; rules.
The State Department of
Agriculture may by rule or order establish a process providing for the
remediation of a violation of ORS 571.330 or 571.333 that is committed by a
grower or handler licensed under ORS 571.281 and is not committed
