Statute Text
Ineligibility for license; grounds for denial, revocation or refusal of
license; exception.
(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section:
(a) If a person
has been convicted of a felony related to a controlled substance under state or
federal law, the person is ineligible for a license under ORS 571.281 to grow
hemp issued by the State Department of Agriculture for 10 years following the
date of the persons conviction.
