Statute Text
Industrial Hemp Fund. There is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund, the Industrial Hemp Fund. Interest earned by the fund shall be credited to the fund. The fund shall consist of all moneys credited to or deposited in the fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the State Department of Agriculture for the purposes of implementing, administering and enforcing ORS 571.260 to 571.348.
