Interagency agreement to ensure compliance.
The State Landscape Contractors Board and the State
Department of Agriculture shall enter into an interagency agreement to address
how the board and the department shall ensure that licensed landscape
contracting businesses comply with the provisions of this chapter. [1999 c.535 §3;
