Statute Text
Reporting of council activities. The Invasive Species Council shall report biennially concerning the activities of the council during the previous two years to an interim committee of the Legislative Assembly related to natural resources in the manner provided in ORS 192.245. The report may include other material at the discretion of the council. [2019 c.622 §1]
