Statute Text
to 570.330 and all other horticultural laws of the state relating
thereto. Any such officer, employee or deputy of the State Department of
Agriculture also shall have all the duties, powers and rights of a county
horticultural inspector and are granted jurisdiction to act throughout the
state.
